Cloud Linen Christmas Return & Exchange Policy
At Cloud Linen, we understand the joy of giving (and receiving!) during the holiday season. To make your shopping experience stress-free, we’ve extended our return and exchange policy exclusively for the Christmas period. Here’s everything you need to know:
1. Change of Mind Returns
- Extended Period: For purchases made between 1st December and December 25th, we accept returns and exchanges for change of mind within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all packaging and tags intact.
2. Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or for a refund we can send prepaid return label and upon receiving incorrect item refund will be processed at no additional cost.
- Upload images for the products receive to our customer service team to get fasten up the processing time
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
4. Return Shipping
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- In cases of faulty or incorrect items, Cloud Linen will cover the return shipping fees.
Holiday Reminder
This extended return policy is valid for purchases made during the Christmas period only. For orders placed outside this timeframe, our standard 14-day return policy applies.
