We use Aus Post for all our orders in Australia & Aramex in New Zealand.

Postage costs are a flat rate based on the biggest item in your order. For Australian Buyer $ 9.95 is our Standard shipping cost & for New Zealand Buyers $ 14.95, which covers most items available for purchase on our website.

We offer Free Shipping to our customers on all orders over $100.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer payment upon delivery, as our couriers are not equipped to receive payments. As such full payment is required before your order is dispatched.

We allow 1-3 working days for orders to be picked, packed and posted. Most orders will be shipped out within the same day or working days after the order has been placed.

To hold most efficient overall performance of towels, follow the wash care instrution carefully. We propose to avoid using fabric softeners, as they lower the towel's absorbency

One of the most common ingredients for towels discolouration is Benzoyl peroxide. Some of the acne cleansers, gels, & creams bleaches towels, leaving orange blotches when towels are wet.

Bleaching agents in toothpaste, mouthwash, whitening treatments and other dental products can leave discolored spots on towels. Using some of these products and wiping their faces on the towels, leaving behind residues that can lead to bleached spots on the towels.

If the towels get a pulled thread , do not pull it. Simply snip off the loop with sharp scissors. Trimming a pulled thread will keep away from similarly pulling & will now no longer have an effect on the durability or overall performance of your towels.

It is pretty ordinary for a cotton towel to lint or fluff in the few initial washes. This will decrease with next washes & tumble drying. Remember to clean out the filters of your washing machine & tumble dryer.

When washing towels, using too little detergent allows mineral salts in the water supply to be deposited back into the fibres during rinsing. Hard or coarse feeling towels can also be a by-product of drying towels in direct sunlight or on too high a heat setting in the tumble dryer. Make sure to always dry towels in the shade or tumble dry on a cool to warm setting.

They are suitable for extra thick matterss. They are 50 cms deep wall. One can find these size in Sheet sets as per the range.

For a King Single size bed, we recommend a Double size quilt cover. A King Single bed measures approximately 107x203cm and the Double quilt cover is 180x210cm so allows for a generous 36cm overhang on each side.

Recently upsizing your quilt has grown immensely popular. Those with a queen mattress now most often choose the Quilt Cover of a King length, & beleive me they love that they now not need to fight over the covers with their companion.
